We are looking for an experienced, confident, and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team.
About the Role
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, handling sales independently, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, and contributing towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling, sales, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convert customer enquiries and walk-ins into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Demonstrate products confidently and explain designs, quality, pricing, and relevant product details accurately.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Convert walk-in customers and enquiries into successful sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell suitable products.
- Maintain professional grooming and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with the billing and operations teams for smooth customer service.
- Support product display, merchandising, and showroom standards.
- Follow company SOPs, sales processes, and operational policies.
- Assist and guide junior sales team members when required.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation ability.
- Strong product presentation and upselling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Education
Graduate preferred. Candidates with strong relevant retail or jewellery sales experience will also be considered.
