Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as per nursing standards and hospital protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to doctors
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist doctors during procedures, examinations, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards are followed
- Care for patients before and after medical procedures or surgeries
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and care instructions
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes
- Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment
- Respond promptly to emergency situations when required
ICU Nurse Responsibilities:
- Handle critically ill patients and advanced life support equipment
- Monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps
- Respond to medical emergencies (Code Blue)
- Maintain ICU documentation and protocols
NICU Nurse Responsibilities:
- Care for newborns, including premature and critical babies
- Monitor incubators, warmers, and neonatal ventilators
- Administer neonatal medications and feeding support
- Maintain strict infection control in NICU
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration (State Nursing Council)
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant hospital experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle patient care responsibilities efficiently
