Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive will play a critical role in supporting the showroom’s operations by managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role requires a people-focused individual who can effectively balance administrative responsibilities with employee engagement in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for sales, service, and support staff.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new joiners.
- Maintain updated records of manpower requirements.
- Employee Records & Attendance:
- Maintain employee databases and documentation (joining forms, ID cards, etc.).
- Monitor attendance and leave records in coordination with the showroom team.
- Prepare and share monthly reports on absenteeism and late marks.
- Payroll Support:
- Collect and verify attendance inputs for payroll processing.
- Handle basic payroll queries from staff in coordination with the accounts team.
- HR Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, showroom discipline, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in maintaining ESI, PF, and labor compliance documentation.
- Employee Engagement:
- Address staff grievances and escalate serious concerns to HR Manager.
- Support performance appraisal activities.
- Organize periodic employee engagement or welfare initiatives.
- Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with the sales, service, and admin departments for HR-related needs.
- Support audits and inspections by preparing HR-related records and reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or automobile setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and attendance software.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
Preferred Qualities:
- Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle field-level HR issues independently.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages (e.g., Telugu).
