As we expand across NCR and North India, we are looking for a highly execution-driven HR professional to build world-class recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager who can independently manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR operations, and performance management while working closely with the Founder & CEO.
This is a leadership role with complete ownership of HR execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Hire quality candidates across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounts, HR, Marketing & Corporate functions.
- Conduct minimum daily interviews and maintain hiring pipelines.
- Manage Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct structured employee induction.
- Introduce new employees to company vision, culture, policies, SOPs, and reporting structure.
- Ensure completion of joining documentation and compliance.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, confirmations, probation, and employee files.
- Ensure HR policy implementation across departments.
Performance Management
- Conduct weekly performance reviews.
- Track KPIs and KRAs.
- Maintain employee performance reports.
- Support management in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Employee Engagement
- Conduct monthly engagement activities.
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Maintain a positive work culture.
Compliance & Documentation
- Prepare HR letters, notices, warning letters, disciplinary documentation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with management on employee compliance matters.
Required Qualification
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) – Preferred
- BBA / B.Com / BA with HR experience may also apply
Experience
- 3–7 years in HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
