Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and issues, and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
- Overseeing daily Front deck operations
- Processing guest payments.
- Handle guest issues to ensure smooth and efficient Guest Experience
- Take charge during emergencies, security situations, or accidents as the on-site authority.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and order in public areas and that hotel facilities are maintained.
Requirement:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Hospitality experience, often requiring several years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hotel policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
