Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
- Create a safe, happy, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning.
- Maintain effective classroom management while encouraging positive behaviour and discipline.
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, phonics, rhymes, and experiential learning activities.
- Organise and participate in school events, celebrations, performances, and parent engagement activities.
- Observe children's progress and maintain academic records and portfolios.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and well-being.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and child care within the classroom.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (NTT/ECCE/B.Ed. preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and discipline skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for children.
- Proficiency in Dance, Music, Art & Craft is essential.
- Ability to conduct interactive activities, performances, and creative sessions.
- Team player with a positive attitude, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior preschool teaching experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
