We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, exhibitions, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Essential Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai's Western Suburbs will be preferred.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
