Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Sales Associates to drive direct and channel-based sales for our electronic security solutions business. The role requires active engagement with consultants, architects, system integrators, and end clients, along with solution preparation and market development.
This is a performance-driven role with high earning potential for results-oriented professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with consultants, architects, and PMCs to explain products and propose security solutions
* Interact directly with end clients, understand requirements, and close sales opportunities
* Prepare product compliances, technical submittals, solution documents, BOQs, and proposals
* Coordinate with presales and technical teams for solution design and finalization
* Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects
* Develop and manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, and customers
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM / Excel systems
* Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize performance beyond targets
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic security systems / ELV industry
* Proven exposure to Access Control, CCTV, VMS, or integrated security solutions
* Experience dealing with consultants, architects, SIs, and enterprise clients
* Willingness to report daily to Delhi office (no remote / hybrid option)
Compensation & Incentives
* CTC: ₹4 LPA to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
* Target-based incentives applicable
* Higher incentive slabs for performance exceeding assigned targets
* Compensation is strongly outcome-linked
