Job Description – Lab Executive / Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Check the quality of all incoming raw materials before they are used in production.
- Monitor material quality during the production process to maintain product standards.
- Test finished refractory products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Accept or reject materials based on laboratory test results.
- Operate and take care of laboratory testing equipment.
- Maintain proper records of all tests and laboratory reports.
- Inform the production team about any quality issues and help solve them.
- Follow all laboratory safety rules and company quality procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Material Science, Ceramic Engineering, or relevant field.
- Experience in refractory, kiln, ceramic, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Experience:
- 2–5 years in laboratory testing or quality control, preferably in refractory industry.
