Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. Experience in volume hiring is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
Eligibility
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in volume hiring is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Familiarity with Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
