We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our backend operations team. You will be the final set of eyes on our products before they reach our customers, ensuring every online order is processed accurately, packed beautifully, and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Monitor incoming online orders and print invoices/shipping labels.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects or damage before packing.
- Precision Packing: Securely and neatly pack products according to brand standards.
- Inventory Tracking: Help maintain an organized stockroom and alert management when supplies or products are running low.
- Shipping Coordination: Organize packages for daily courier pickups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in ensuring every ribbon is straight and every address is correct.
- Basic Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a computer or tablet to manage orders and print labels.
- Reliability: You are punctual and can manage your time effectively during busy periods.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (packages).
- Organization: A natural knack for keeping a workspace clean and efficient.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
