Must have actual Work Experience for below.
· PLC ( ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi Delta.)
· LabVIEW programming and trouble shooting
· SCADA (Ignition SCADA, Wonderware (AVEVA), and Siemens WinCC)
· HMI (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta )
· VFD (Mitsubishi, Delta ,Inovance, Siemens etc.)
· Servo Systems (Inovance, Mitsubitshi, ABB)
· Programing Language ( Lab View , Ladder, FBD)
· DCS ( ABB)
· Understanding of Electrical drawing ( Auto cad, Eplan)
Responsibilities
· Design and develop PLC programs for new and existing systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software.
· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement system enhancements.
· Conduct routine maintenance and updates to PLC systems.
· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
· Provide training and support to staff on PLC systems and functionalities.
· Optimize PLC performance to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
· Develop and maintain software applications using LABVIEW.
· Implement and test software modules to ensure they meet project requirements.
· Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.
· Document software design, code, and testing procedures.
· Provide technical support and training to other team members.
· Experience in vision based system and troubleshooting
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a PLC Engineer or similar role.
· Strong understanding of PLC hardware and software, including programming languages such as ladder logic.
· Familiarity with industrial control systems and automation standards.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
