About the Role:
Cadif Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Officer to promote and sell the company's products and services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and service sectors. Candidates with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background are preferred to effectively understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical engineering concepts.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and product applications.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
