Position : Shift In charge / Executive Maintenance

LOCATION : Ghaziabad

Qualification : Diploma Mechanical/ITI

Experience: 6-10 yrs

Package: 5 to 7 LPA

Job Discription: To improve the productivity and to ensure Zero breakdown.Main job responsibilities are :

To maintain Zero breakdown in Process, EHS and logistics department
To ensure statutory regulations under various depts. like boiler, pressure vessels etc
To control manpower utilization
To be supportive for production and Process for achieving the target
To be control Repair and maintenance Cost of process and utility section
To adhere Good Engineering Practices
To monitor all the mechanical installations in the plant including (DG, Boiler, Compressor, chiller & cooling tower
To ensure the safety norms and to follow GMP
To implement energy saving techniques at process and utility
To assist the project coordinator for timely completion of projects

QUALIFICATIONS

ITI/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

KNOWLEDGE IN DEPTH

Operation and trouble shooting knowledge in Bottling equipments, High pressure compressors, LP compressors, chilling plant, Boilers, Generators, Domino printing machines, Tetra Pak, HVAC, blowing machines and UPS.
Knowledge of electrical is an added advantage
