- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification practice/industry experience
- Overall 6+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, and Taxation
- Experience in the jewellery, retail, manufacturing, or trading industry will be preferred.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Financial Reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle GST reconciliations, tax audits, and assessments.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and income tax auditors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, profitability reports, budget variance analysis, and financial dashboards.
- Present financial reports to the Directors and Management.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Conduct periodic reviews of accounting processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and tax audits.
Inventory & Jewellery Accounting
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Verify bullion, diamond, and jewellery accounting records.
- Ensure accuracy of stock movement, wastage, and valuation.
- Coordinate with the inventory and operations teams for stock audits.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Allocate work, review outputs, and provide guidance.
- Train team members on accounting procedures and compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and Accounting Standards.
- Experience with ERP/Tally and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the Jewellery Industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in inventory-intensive retail businesses.
- Exposure to ERP implementation or process improvement initiatives.
Employment Type : Full-Time.
Reporting To : Director.
