We build predictable, high-volume revenue pipelines for B2B and high-ticket sectors—specifically focusing on luxury real estate projects, packaging machinery, and the agricultural sector.
Our positioning is strict: we represent top-tier suppliers and expert consultants, not manufacturers. As we officially enter our aggressive growth phase this month to scale to 130+ active client accounts, we need a hungry, systematic Business Development Associate (BDA) to fill our calendar with highly qualified discovery calls.
Role Overview
We are seeking a B2B sales professional who knows how to hunt. You will not be fulfilling marketing services; your sole focus will be identifying businesses that fit our ideal client profile (ICP), initiating contact, and booking them onto our leadership's calendar for closing. You will be the tip of the spear for our agency's expansion, utilizing cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline of high-value suppliers and real estate developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Lead Prospecting: Identify and build precise lists of decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Marketing Directors) within our core niches: real estate portals/projects, industrial packaging suppliers, and agricultural consultants.
- Outbound Campaigns: Execute relentless, daily outbound outreach via LinkedIn, targeted cold email, and phone calls.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads to ensure they fit our "supplier/consultant" criteria and successfully schedule them for strategy sessions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages within our CRM.
- Value Communication: Clearly articulate our value proposition, understanding that the large ad budgets we manage for clients are highly leveraged investments designed to scale their lead volume, not just agency expenses.
- Follow-up: Tenaciously follow up with warm leads and re-engage prospects who have gone cold.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven B2B Experience: Minimum 2 years of active business development experience, specifically selling digital marketing, agency services, or high-ticket consulting to B2B clients.
- Digital Marketing Fluency: You must possess a strong foundational understanding of Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation to speak intelligently to prospects about their pain points and our managed volume capabilities.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You must be persuasive, resilient, and comfortable handling objections from high-level executives.
- Tool Stack: Experience using modern CRM platforms and sales automation/prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
