About the Role
Sarvraj Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., a growing UPVC raw-material manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Admin Executive with 4–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
The candidate will be responsible for independently handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, PF & ESI, employee relations, labour compliance, office administration, factory coordination, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations
- Independently manage day-to-day HR activities for office and manufacturing employees.
- Maintain complete and updated employee records and personnel files.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and shift-related records.
- Handle employee queries and resolve routine HR-related issues.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower and employee matters.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support employee engagement and grievance-handling activities.
2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, sales, production, technical, site, and support staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, references, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.
3. Payroll, Attendance, PF & ESI
- Prepare and verify monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary processing with accounts/payroll consultants.
- Check attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and salary-related data.
- Coordinate PF and ESI compliance and employee-related requirements.
- Maintain PF/ESI-related employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants for statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, deductions, and attendance.
- Ensure payroll inputs are submitted accurately and within timelines.
4. Labour & Statutory Compliance
- Maintain HR records required for statutory and labour compliance.
- Coordinate with labour-law/HR consultants wherever required.
- Maintain registers, employee documentation, and compliance records.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and company requirements.
- Coordinate documentation required for inspections, audits, and statutory matters.
- Keep track of important compliance-related deadlines and requirements.
5. Factory / Manufacturing HR Coordination
- Coordinate HR activities with the manufacturing/production team.
- Maintain attendance and manpower records for factory employees.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with production and other operational departments.
- Support shift, overtime, leave, and workforce-related coordination.
- Handle employee issues arising at the manufacturing unit.
- Coordinate between management, production, workers, and office HR.
- Support maintenance of discipline and proper workplace practices.
- Ensure timely communication of company policies and management instructions to employees.
6. Administration
- Manage overall office administration and daily administrative activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, stationery, and office facilities.
- Manage office vendors and service providers.
- Maintain administrative records and documentation.
- Monitor office requirements and ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and administrative communication.
- Coordinate with external agencies and service providers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
7. Employee Relations
- Maintain healthy communication between management and employees.
- Handle employee grievances and routine workplace concerns.
- Support management in disciplinary and employee-related matters.
- Communicate company policies, rules, and management decisions effectively.
- Maintain employee confidentiality.
- Promote a professional and disciplined working environment.
8. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain manpower and attendance MIS.
- Prepare recruitment and joining reports.
- Prepare attrition and employee movement reports.
- Maintain payroll-related records and reports.
- Prepare PF/ESI-related employee data.
- Provide management with regular updates regarding HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR databases.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR & Administration.
- Practical experience in a manufacturing/industrial company.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and manpower management.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, attendance, leave and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and record-management skills.
- Ability to independently handle HR responsibilities.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
Qualification
Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Management or any relevant discipline.
Experience: 4–5 years in HR & Administration, preferably with a manufacturing/industrial organization.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates currently working or having previous experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Should have practical knowledge of factory HR and workforce coordination.
- Should be comfortable handling both HR and administration independently.
- Should have good command of Hindi and English.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with senior management, employees, factory staff, consultants, vendors, and external agencies.
