Job Summary
House Banao is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Channel Growth Executive to build, expand, and manage our network of business partners. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, maintaining strong professional relationships, and supporting business growth through an effective channel network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential channel partners through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, consultants, and other industry professionals.
- Expand the company's partner network and generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to introduce House Banao's services and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and partner engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, meetings, and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–6 months of experience in sales, business development, channel management, networking, or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
