Gateway International School is seeking a proactive and highly organized Campus Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our campus. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth campus operations, maintain high standards of service, coordinate across departments and create a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for students, parents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the campus.
- Coordinate with academic, administration, housekeeping, security and maintenance teams.
- Ensure campus facilities are well-maintained, safe and operational at all times.
- Monitor vendor performance and oversee campus support services.
- Handle parent queries related to campus operations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Support school events, admissions activities, inspections and campus initiatives.
- Maintain operational records, prepare reports and monitor budgets where applicable.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Work closely with the school leadership team to achieve institutional goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, administration or campus/facility management, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
