Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the General Manager. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, managing day-to-day operations, international travel, guest visits, calendar coordination, and key executive tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings across time zones.
- Coordinate all meetings: scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM
- Organize international and domestic travel, working with travel partners to ensure bookings align with policy and budget; secure necessary visas and approvals
- Plan and manage boarding, lodging, and logistics for overseas guests visiting India.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as required
- Handle expense reports, bill settlements, and documentation in line with compliance standards
- Support in organizing leadership events, leadership offsites, and cross-functional reviews
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain professional decorum
- Proactively manage deadlines, reminders, and business priorities
Prerequisites:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with travel and visa protocols
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
