Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Brand Manager to take full ownership of our brand’s identity, market presence, and growth. In this role, you won't just be managing campaigns; you will be the custodian of the brand from concept to execution. You will oversee end-to-end activities including brand strategy, consumer insights, creative development, multi-channel marketing campaigns, product launches, and performance tracking.
The ideal candidate is a unique blend of a visionary storyteller and an analytical problem solver who can seamlessly shift from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Identity Custodian: Define, maintain, and evolve the brand identity, voice, positioning, and guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insight analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.
- Long-Term Planning: Develop and execute annual and multi-year brand strategies to increase brand equity, awareness, and market share.
2. End-to-End Campaign Management
- Campaign Lifecycle: Lead the briefing, creation, execution, and optimization of 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and Digital).
- Content & Creative: Collaborate with in-house design/content teams or external agencies to produce compelling visual assets, copy, and multimedia content.
- Media Planning: Oversee media planning and buying strategies across digital channels (social media, performance marketing, SEO) and traditional channels if applicable.
3. Product & Launch Management
- Go-To-Market (GTM): Plan and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for new product launches, packaging updates, or feature rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and smooth commercial execution.
4. Performance, Budgeting & Analytics
- P&L Evaluation: Own the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Data-Driven Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, share of voice) and campaign performance KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
- Course Correction: Use data insights to continuously optimize live campaigns and refine future strategies.
5. Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Partner Management: Manage relationships with external creative, PR, media buying, and research agencies.
- Internal Evangelism: Act as the primary internal advocate for the brand, ensuring all departments align with the brand's core values and visual standards.
Role RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Experience: 0–7 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a full-funnel marketing role (FMCG or D2C experience preferred). Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Full-Funnel Expertise: Deep understanding of both brand building (top-of-funnel awareness) and performance marketing (bottom-of-funnel conversion).
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social listening tools, CRM data) and an ability to turn raw data into actionable strategies.
- Creative Excellence: Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for design, storytelling, and copy formatting.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured by:
- Growth in Brand Awareness, Recall, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Overall Revenue Growth and market share expansion for the brand portfolio.
- Campaign ROI and efficiency of marketing spend (blended CAC optimization).
- Successful, on-time execution of product launches and GTM timelines.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
