Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Director is responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Director while overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth business operations and effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and action items assigned by the Director.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and important business documents.
Administration Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
- Ensure company assets are properly maintained and recorded.
- Coordinate courier services, dispatches, and document management.
- Maintain office facilities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor utility services and administrative expenses.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and client visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
