We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Keeper to manage the daily cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance of our office space. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a pristine working environment, ensuring that common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchens are fully stocked and presentable at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain daily cleanliness of the office, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles.
Common Area Upkeep: Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchens throughout the day. Ensure meeting rooms are reset and tidy after use.
Inventory & Stocking: Monitor and manage office and kitchen supplies (e.g., coffee, milk, snacks, paper towels, soap, printer paper). Reorder or report low stock as needed.
Visitor Hospitality: Prepare and serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) for guests, clients, and executive meetings.
Basic Maintenance & Support: Handle light maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, reporting broken fixtures to management) and assist with setting up rooms for company events or workshops.
Errands: Run occasional local errands, such as picking up office supplies, mail, or catering orders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, office cleaning, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for extended periods, and comfortably lift up to 25–30 lbs (for stocking supplies or moving light furniture).
Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with staff and report maintenance issues.
Reliability: High level of punctuality, trustworthiness, and respect for workplace confidentiality.
