Job Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic VARC Faculty to conduct online classes. The ideal candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly, engage students effectively, and help them improve their performance in the VARC section.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for the VARC section.
- Teach topics such as Reading Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Para Summary, Odd One Out, and Verbal Ability.
- Develop structured lesson plans and practice sessions.
- Analyze Previous Year Questions (PYQs) and discuss effective solving strategies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and update study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Address students' doubts and support them throughout their preparation.
Requirements
- Strong command of English and VARC concepts.
- Prior experience teaching competitive exam is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting live online classes.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable system for online teaching.
- CAT qualification or a strong CAT VARC score is an added advantage.
