About You
Qualified BE electronics with 5-8 years of work experience in quality/product compliances
Essential:
- Strong administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc…) and SharePoint
- High attention to detail and process discipline
Desirable:
- Experience in compliance, quality, or regulated industries.
- Experience in the field of product compliance and working with legal documents and regulations (like Machinery Directive / Regulation, EMC Directive, Low Voltage Directive, RoHS Directive)
- Experience with PLM system Fusion
- Experience with UL database
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure conformity documents and certifications are up to date and accessible
- Customers support in product compliance topics
- Documentation support for Product Compliance
- Timely and accurate preparation for regulatory submissions and records
