Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise mobility and security solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to device management and application deployment.
- Ability to configure and maintain policies for mobile device management and compliance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and integration with Microsoft Intune services.
- Capability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
