Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
Coordinate and maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records and follow up on customer requests.
Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email).
