Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Knowledge of more than one regional language will be considered a strong plus and may improve your chances of selection.
- Follow up with existing customers and maintain relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and document responses accurately.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Address basic customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of one additional regional language is mandatory.
- Strong listening and conversation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Qualification
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
