We're looking for a smart, confident, and proactive IT Recruiter with strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process while taking ownership of hiring goals and working effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Meet hiring targets and support team recruitment goals.
Skills Required
- 6 months–1 year of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, self-motivated, and team-oriented personality.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
