Position: MERN Stack Developer
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
(Based on skills, interview performance & experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services
- Work with databases, authentication, and backend logic
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
- Collaborate with design, development, and project teams
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code
- Handle deployment and server management processes
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js
- Good understanding of JavaScript, ES6, HTML, CSS & React concepts
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integration
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and deployment processes
- Experience in deployment on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of Multer, file upload handling & cloud storage integration
- Understanding of database management and API security
- Problem-solving mindset and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
