Job Summary
Avitrupt Energy LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar rooftop solutions (Residential, Commercial & Industrial). The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and closing solar projects in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, society drives, references, and local networking.
- Conduct site visits and explain solar solutions, cost savings, ROI, and government subsidies.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to close solar EPC projects.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams for proposals and project execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Solar / Electrical / EPC preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler mandatory for field visits.
