Job Description: As an Assistant Manager – Data Scientist, you will play a key role in bridging technical expertise with business strategy. You will oversee data science initiatives, ensure high-quality model development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. This role requires both hands-on analytical skills and leadership capabilities to guide projects from conception to execution.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage small to mid-scale data science projects.
Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, actionable manner.
Stay updated with emerging tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data engineering concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
