Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Bangalore Urban.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Performance Marketing professional will plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, marketplaces, and display to drive awareness, consideration, and sales for MillD Protein Atta.
- Responsibilities include managing performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate), overseeing media budgets, and continuously A/B testing creatives, audiences, and landing pages. The role involves closely collaborating with brand, content, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives, seasonal initiatives, and retail activations.
- The individual will monitor analytics dashboards, prepare regular performance reports, and provide clear insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and revenue growth.
