Shelves Tech Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare institutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell medical equipment, diagnostic devices, oxygen plants, and healthcare products to hospitals and healthcare institutions. Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, references, tenders, and online platforms. Meet doctors, hospital administrators, purchase departments, and biomedical teams for product discussions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up on inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and after-sales support. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare industry developments. Participate in exhibitions, healthcare events, and business meetings when required. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of medical equipment and healthcare products. Strong client handling and relationship management abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM handling. Presentation and convincing skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities. Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA/Healthcare Sales background will be an added advantage. Experience 1–4 years of experience in medical equipment sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales preferred.
Pay: ₹8,978.77 - ₹35,794.68 per month
