Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments
- Perform database administration tasks including backup, recovery, cloning, and patching
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and system refresh activities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Handle application of patches (AD/TXK patches) and CPU updates
- Work on EBS cloning, adclone, and AutoConfig processes
- Support production, testing, and development environments
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution
Required Skills:
- 4 to 13 years of experience as Oracle Apps DBA
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 preferred)
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c)
- Expertise in backup & recovery (RMAN), cloning, and patch management
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience in multi-node and RAC environments (preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI)
- Knowledge of automation/scripting (Shell, Python)
- Exposure to DevOps practices
- Oracle certification (DBA or EBS)
