JOB DESCRIPTION
Role and Responsibilities CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :-
· Work on preparing company Dashboards using Python/ other language to connect with Oracle DB
· Host dashboards internally in server and maintain them
· Work on oracle ERP maintenance and support
· Provide first-level technical support (L1/L2) for hardware, software, and network issues.
· Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls within defined SLAs.
· Troubleshoot desktop/laptop, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
· Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and patches.
· Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions (e.g., Active Directory).
Network & Systems Support
· Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access.
· Coordinate with vendors/ISPs for network outages.
· Basic troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls.
· Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies.
Security & Compliance
· Install and maintain antivirus/endpoint protection.
· Support backup and recovery procedures.
· Report and escalate security incidents or vulnerabilities.
· Ensure compliance with IT policies and audits.
Asset & Infrastructure Management
· Maintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software licenses).
· Handle procurement coordination and device lifecycle (issue, return, disposal).
· Support meeting rooms, AV systems, and conferencing tools.
Documentation & Reporting
· Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
· Maintain system configuration records.
· Generate periodic support reports (tickets, uptime, incidents).
User Support & Training
· Provide basic training to employees on tools and best practices.
· Assist new joiner onboarding (device setup, access provisioning).
· Communicate clearly with non-technical users.
Escalation & Continuous Improvement
· Escalate complex issues to L3 / infrastructure teams.
· Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements.
· Participate in IT projects (upgrades, migrations, rollouts).
ERP Maintenance)
- Provide first-line support for ERP users (login issues, transaction errors, access problems).
- Monitor ERP system availability and performance (slow response, job failures).
- Coordinate with ERP vendor / internal developers for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls as per approval matrix.
- Support master data maintenance (items, vendors, customers — as per process).
- Ensure regular database backups and verify restore readiness.
- Monitor and restart scheduled jobs, batch processes, and integrations.
- Assist departments (finance, stores, production, sales) in resolving ERP operational issues.
- Support patches, upgrades, and change deployments with proper testing.
- Maintain documentation of ERP configurations, workflows, and SOPs.
- Help generate reports or troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity and audit compliance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· B.E/ B. Tech in CSE/ IT, MCA/ BCA

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
