About the Role
Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, stock handling, dispatch coordination, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall warehouse operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Handle inward and outward movement of goods.
- Prepare GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain inventory data using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas, Filters, Data Management).
- Experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily warehouse activities.
- Working knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification/Diploma in Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or stores.
