Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Oversee statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
- Monitor and report on cash flow and financial performance.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field qualification.
- Minimum 6 Months Experience to be required as a accountant.
- Strong understanding of Purchase Invoice and Sales Invoice in BUSY Accounting Software.
- Proficiency in basic computer software's like MS Word, MS office and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations, including GST and TDS.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
