Role Overview:
The SAP OTC Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process area. This includes end-to-end ownership of sales order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, and integration with finance and logistics modules to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP OTC processes, including:
o Sales Order Management (SD)
o Pricing and Condition Techniques
o Delivery and Shipping
o Billing and Invoicing
o Credit Management and Risk Control
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Design and implement end-to-end OTC solutions aligned with business processes and best practices.
Support integration with other SAP modules such as:
o FI (Accounts Receivable)
o MM (Material Management)
o PP (Production Planning)
Manage and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
Participate in:
o System testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
o Cutover planning and execution
o Data migration and validation activities
Prepare functional documentation:
o Functional Specs (FS)
o Configuration Documents
o Test Scripts and Training Materials
Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC module configuration.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience with:
o Pricing procedures and condition records
o Output determination
o Billing and invoice processing
o Credit management
Knowledge of integration points with FI, MM, and other modules.
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good Exposure and hands one experience in different integration processes – IDOC, File transfer, Webservice etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA experience (OTC/SD).
Exposure to global template rollouts or transformation programs.
Experience in IDocs, interfaces, and basic debugging knowledge.
Familiarity with tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
