Qualification : Bsc / Msc Chemistry
Experience : 4-7 Years in pharmaceutical
Key Responsibilities
GLP Compliance
- Ensure implementation of GLP practices in QC laboratory
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, specifications, and test procedures
- Maintain data integrity and ALCOA+ principles
Documentation & Records
- Preparation, review, and control of:
- SOPs
- STPs (Standard Test Procedures)
- GTPs (General Test Procedures)
- Specifications
- Maintain logbooks, worksheets, and raw data records
- Ensure proper documentation practices (GDP compliance)
Laboratory Systems
- Handling of:
- Change Control
- Deviations / OOS / OOT
- CAPA implementation
Calibration & Qualification
- Ensure calibration of instruments as per schedule
- Coordinate IQ/OQ/PQ of lab equipment
- Maintain instrument usage and calibration records
Training
- Provide GLP/GDP training to QC staff
- Maintain training records and evaluation
Audit & Inspection
- Prepare for internal/external audits
- Handle regulatory inspections (USFDA, WHO, EDQM, etc.)
- Ensure audit compliance and closure of observations
Sample & Chemical Management
- Control of:
- Reference standards
- Reagents and chemicals
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
