We’re seeking a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior roles across departments. You’ll partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience — all while strengthening our employer brand and supporting our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across key functions (tech, product, etc.)
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership on workforce planning
Use ATS and sourcing tools to track and engage candidates
Support employer branding
Requirements:
8+ years in recruitment; 2+ years in a senior/lead role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Must have team handling experience
excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Strong track record of filling complex roles, especially in tech or specialized domains.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
Data-driven, with a strategic mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
Knowledge of diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruitment practices.
Prior exposure to global or campus recruitment programs is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹1,650,000.00 per year
