Job Summary
Vibjuti Private Limited is looking for qualified and experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team for CPWD, Government, and MEP projects. We are hiring candidates for the following roles:
- Project Coordinator – Electrical
- Estimation & Billing Engineer – Electrical
- Design Engineer – Electrical
Candidates with experience in CPWD / PWD / PSU / Government projects and good knowledge of CPWD specifications and procedures are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordinator – Electrical
- Coordinate project activities between site engineers, vendors, management, consultants, and CPWD officials.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MOMs.
- Coordinate inspections, meetings, and joint measurements with CPWD officials.
- Assist with RA Bills, final bills, payment follow-ups, material planning, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain records of RFIs, snag lists, test reports, and commissioning documents.
Estimation & Billing Engineer – Electrical
- Prepare electrical estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and tender costing as per CPWD DSR and specifications.
- Study tender documents, drawings, and scope of work to identify quantities, risks, and exclusions.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills and final bills as per CPWD measurement procedures.
- Verify site measurements, abstracts, and quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare documentation for extra items, substituted items, and deviations.
- Track bill certification and payment status.
- Maintain measurement sheets, MB references, abstracts, and billing records.
- Coordinate with site teams and CPWD officials for joint measurements and bill certification.
Design Engineer – Electrical
- Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements of existing site conditions.
- Prepare electrical layouts, BBT GA drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and isometric drawings.
- Design Busbar Trunking (BBT) routing based on actual site conditions and coordinate with OEMs for design validation.
- Prepare SLDs, load calculations, lighting, power, and conduit layouts.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, support details, and fixing arrangements.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
- Incorporate site feedback and maintain drawing revisions.
- Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
- Support BOQ preparation and procurement with technical quantities and specifications.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering projects.
- Experience in CPWD / PWD / PSU / Government projects is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in electrical estimation, billing, project coordination, MEP design, or BBT design are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with CPWD specifications, DSR, measurement procedures, and billing practices.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / ZWCAD is required for Design Engineer positions.
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams, vendors, consultants, and Government officials.
