V-Rich is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital growth across performance marketing, eCommerce, quick commerce (on-demand), CRM, and brand-led initiatives. This role demands strong ownership of growth metrics, deep analytical thinking, and hands-on execution capability across high-velocity digital channels.
Candidates with prior experience working in or closely with leading quick commerce and marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, marketplaces, and display channels
- Own and deliver performance marketing outcomes, with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, ABV, and revenue growth
- Drive scalable growth across eCommerce and quick commerce platforms, ensuring high availability, visibility, and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance, cohort behavior, and customer data to derive actionable insights and continuously improve effectiveness
- Identify emerging digital trends, consumer behavior patterns, and growth levers within D2C, FMCG, and on-demand ecosystems
- Design and implement customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across the funnel
- Lead A/B testing, CRO initiatives, funnel optimization, and experimentation frameworks to improve efficiency and conversion
- Collaborate closely with creative, branding, product, technology, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent messaging
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and martech vendors
- Own and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with overall business objectives
- Stay up to date with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging trends in digital, FMCG, D2C, and quick commerce
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing within eCommerce, D2C, FMCG, or on-demand platforms
- Proven hands-on experience with quick commerce / on-demand business models
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, attribution, and growth experimentation
- Highly data-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of scaling revenue and customer metrics
- Working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-driven, growth-oriented professional with a strong ownership and innovation mindset

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
