Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external/internal systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday integration tools, data transformation, and end-to-end interface development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, etc.)
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications
- Manage inbound and outbound integrations across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party systems
- Develop and maintain integration documentation, mappings, and technical designs
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Work with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and vendors
- Handle data transformation using XSLT, XML, and JSON
- Support Workday releases and implement necessary updates to integrations
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance standards are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations:
- Workday Studio
- EIB
- Core Connectors
- Strong knowledge of:
- XML, XSLT, JSON
- Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Integration patterns and middleware concepts
- Experience with HRIS integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Time tracking systems)
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good understanding of Workday data models and business processes
Preferred Skills
- Workday Integration Certification
- Experience with middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.)
- Knowledge of security (OAuth, SAML)
- SQL and data querying skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Pay: ₹700,262.37 - ₹2,114,580.69 per year
