Salary Range: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
Job Purpose:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance documentation, and daily HR administration to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
2. Joining & Onboarding Process
- Handle joining formalities and documentation collection.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
- Explain company policies, rules, and job responsibilities to new employees.
- Maintain employee personal files (physical & digital).
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Track late coming, half days, and leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance summary for salary processing.
4. Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts team for salary preparation.
- Maintain salary structure records and revision details.
- Assist in final settlement process if required.
5. Employee Relations & Coordination
- Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure discipline and company policy compliance.
- Maintain proper communication between management and staff.
6. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance, hiring, attrition).
- Maintain statutory and compliance-related records.
- Keep updated database of employee details and performance records.
7. Performance & Training Support
- Monitor employee performance during probation/training period.
- Coordinate training sessions if required.
- Assist management in performance review process.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Documentation).
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
