Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and integrations within ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and configuration management in ServiceNow environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
