Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Increase product-wise sales and market share across the region.
2. Dealer & Channel Management
- Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in potential territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Support dealers in conducting demonstrations, promotional activities, and farmer meetings.
- Ensure dealer profitability and customer satisfaction.
3. Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate Territory Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Executives.
- Set KPIs and sales targets for the regional sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Identify training needs and organize product and sales skill development programs.
4. Market Development
- Plan and execute product demonstrations, field days, exhibitions, and farmer awareness programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for regional campaigns and promotional activities.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Promote new product launches and ensure successful market introduction.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key farmers, institutional customers, government departments, and agri-business partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Forecasting & Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts and demand planning reports.
- Monitor regional sales performance and submit MIS reports regularly.
- Analyze sales data and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, dealer inventory, and market feedback.
7. Collections & Commercial Compliance
- Monitor dealer outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Control credit exposure and minimize overdue receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
