We are looking for a highly observant and disciplined Surveillance Executive to manage and monitor company-wide surveillance operations across multiple business units including offices, factories, warehouses, construction sites, and commercial properties.
This role is critical in ensuring operational transparency, risk detection, incident reporting, and security compliance through continuous surveillance monitoring and structured reporting.
Please Note: This role requires you to work in shifts, as this is a 24x7x356 operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across all assigned locations
- Conduct scheduled footage reviews and night shift monitoring
- Identify suspicious activities, behavioral anomalies, and operational irregularities
- Ensure **100% surveillance coverage with zero monitoring gaps
- Detect violations such as unauthorized movement, mobile misuse, attendance issues, and misconduct
- Identify security risks including unauthorized access and breaches
- Report incidents with accuracy and within defined timelines
- Maintain **zero false reporting and high detection accuracy
- Maintain detailed surveillance records with time, location, personnel, and severity
- Ensure all reports are **fact-based, unbiased, and complete
- Track and close all reported incidents without backlog
- Classify incidents (Level 1–4 severity)
- Escalate critical risks immediately to management
- Ensure **zero missed or delayed escalations**
- Capture and store CCTV footage, screenshots, and incident clips
- Maintain **evidence integrity and confidentiality**
- Ensure proper documentation and minimum retention standards
- Manage employee attendance systems and verify discrepancies
- Handle miss punch cases and generate reports
- Maintain **100% accuracy in attendance tracking**
- Monitor discipline across multiple operational environments
- Track checklist compliance (labour, materials, processes, safety)
- Identify operational inefficiencies and risks
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary / Diploma
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or security operations (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of biometric attendance systems (ESSL)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and discipline
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
