Position: HR Executive
Location: Athani,
Kakkanad, Ernakulam
Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Based on performance & experience)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
* Manage employee attendance and HR records.
* Manage all activities related to the Add-on Course, including documentation, batch planning, and overall course operations.Coordinate with trainers for class schedules and student batches.
* Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Bachelor's degree
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
* Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
