Job Description
We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and career-oriented Freshers and Graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of India’s trusted financial services organizations. Selected candidates will undergo structured training and receive hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and financial product promotion.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field marketing and lead generation activities.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate business through direct marketing, referrals, and local promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Assist customers throughout the application and documentation process.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and awareness programs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to reporting managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Represent the organization professionally at all customer touchpoints.
- Support branch operations whenever required.
- Work closely with team members to achieve branch business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 2024 & 2025 Graduates.
- Result Awaiting Candidates are eligible.
- 2026 Pass-outs can also apply.
- Candidates should have successfully completed at least 5 semesters.
- Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate candidates are eligible.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Sales & Marketing.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
